Daily Scripture: Psalm 23:4: “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.”
Walking through dangerous situations is part of the believer’s experience. It is not about the danger but the deliverance. Do not be afraid, God is with you.
No matter what you go through, God is with you. You will not be overwhelmed by that circumstance for God will always make a way of escape. He is right there with you and his boat cannot sink. He is peace to the storm and life to death dangers.
They thought that sickness will kill you but, the giver of life was with you. Things have been bad and you at times wonder why you are still alive, still standing.
They have tried and failed but death cannot kill the life of God in you.
You have walked in the valley of the shadow of death severally. Scared, broken, traumatized and lonely but never alone.
Though you may not always see him, he is always there. God was with you and God is always with you. That valley and shadow were brightly illuminated by his presence. Nothing to fear.
Whatever you are going through today, your best defense is faith. Choose not to fear and you will overcome by faith for faith is indeed the victory that overcomes the world. The just shall live by faith.
