Daily Scripture: Psalm 141: 9-10: “Keep me from the snares they have laid for me, and from the traps of the workers of iniquity. Let the wicked fall into their own nets, while I escape safely.”

  • This is a prayer for you and your family as the year ends. Your desperate pursuers will fall for your sake. The horse and its rider, Yahweh, have been thrown into the sea.
  • Hatred is an intense dislike that often is baseless but so damaging. Human pride often acts like a satanic catalyst making simple offense turn into destructive enmity.
  • Pride holds offense but humility forgives. Sometimes hatred is so long-standing that the reason is lost in time yet, the potency increases in intensity.
  • The Bible teaches us to forgive so that we may be forgiven. Some people hate you so much that they are angry at everything you do.
  • Hatred can get so blinding, that it becomes a motivation for wickedness. They are desperate to the point of causing harm, wanting to end the innocent by all means.
  • Today, we pray that all such enemies of your life will be decommissioned. We command the fire of God to blind them off your life, disconnecting them from you by force. They will not see you nor will they prevail over you.
  • For your part, forgive that you may be forgiven. Release those who hurt you and God will cause your release from those who hate you wickedly. Forgive, release, let go and let God.
