OVERCOMING

Daily Scripture: Genesis 37: 28: “Then Midianite traders passed by; so, the brothers pulled Joseph up and lifted him out of the pit, and sold him to the Ishmaelites for twenty shekels of silver. And they took Joseph to Egypt… Genesis 50: 19-20: “Joseph said to them, “Do not, for am I in the place of the Lord? But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive.”

The story is not over until you win. Be encouraged.
When they throw you out, God covers you safe in the hollow of his hands. Sometimes he allows rejection to push you to your next level.
If you do not leave your Egypt, how will you see, enter or possess your promised land? They hate you for no cause but they do not know God will use their hatred to birth your promise.
He allowed it therefore; He has a plan. He loved you before they hated you. His love will see you through. He will never leave nor forsake you. Even in the pit or dark corner, he is there.
His plans concerning you will never fail. Just like Joseph, you will fulfill your purpose. Soon, you will declare like Joseph that what the enemy meant for evil, God has used it for your good.
Thank God for that circumstance that set you up for your step up. As tough as it was, that is how great it will be.
