Daily Scripture: Psalm 12:5: “For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now I will arise, “says the Lord;” I will set him in the safety for which he yearns.”
God will give safety to the oppressed. He sees the oppression and he hears the sighing. Now, he will arise and set him free and give him safety.
Many people oppress the poor and needy without consideration. Such people can hardly bear the portion they wish upon or send to others. They seem to forget that what you sow you will reap.
God sees your situation. He has heard your cries and sighs and will arise in your response to settle you. Anyone who oppresses you will also be oppressed. They cannot escape.
Many are constrained by ungodly altars from helping the needy but when you help the needy, you’re lending to God and he will repay.
Some others who have been faithful need to claim their reward for years of helping the needy. No one will steal, divert, reverse, cancel or corrupt your due reward.
Do not be discouraged. The Lord will not permit you to be oppressed forever. God will arise and liberate you for he is never late.
