FORGIVENESS

Daily Scripture: Micah 7: 18-19: “Who is a God like you, pardoning iniquity and passing over the transgression of the remnant of His heritage? He does not retain his anger forever, because He delights in mercy. He will again have compassion on us and will subdue our iniquities. You will cast all our sins into the depths of the sea.”

  • God has forgiven you. Who dares to condemn you?
  • Self-condemnation is a deadly sin. Choosing to usurp judgment from God and judging yourself unto condemnation is a disaster.
  • Your conscience judges you, your heart is heavy, people talk., you feel like the worse sinner in the world then, self-condemnation sets in. Depression and discouragement become like twin companions.
  • Destruction waits in the shadows for a chance to end it but God does not stay angry forever. He forgives. Yes, he saves and restores. The Lord delights in mercy.
  • Surely goodness and mercy shall follow you all the days of your life. They cannot leave you. Do not leave them. Do not leave God. Even right now God is subduing your iniquities and casting all your sins into the depth of the sea.
  • Arise today from depression and sorrow. God has pardoned your sins and passed over your iniquity. Your slate is wiped clean. You are free indeed.

Good morning, Restored.
