Daily Scripture: Psalm 20: 7-8: “Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; but we will remember the name of the Lord our God. They have bowed down and fallen, but we have risen and stand upright.”
No matter how many they are or how long they seem they will fall for your sake. In this new month of August, many will be brought down and fallen so that you may rise and stand upright.
This month is your month of standing upright. Many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers him from them all.
As many as the afflictions, so also are the afflicters. Men who make it their duty to torment others, men with little to no human compassion and men who trust solely in their charms and evil altars.
Rather than fear God and revere him, they want to appropriate power to themselves for evil, feeding off the suffering and misfortune of others.
Your case is different, for you have chosen to remember the Lord and honor him therefore, you will rise and stand upright. We cripple whatever was crippling you and fall whatever was falling on you.
In this new month, excellence is your portion, favor is your name and congratulations is your surname. Have a blessed month.
