JUSTICE

Daily Scripture: Isaiah 59: 4,8: “No one calls for justice, nor does any plead for truth. They trust in empty words and speak lies; they conceive evil and bring forth iniquity. The way of peace they have not known, and there is no justice in their ways; they have made themselves crooked paths; whoever takes that way shall not know peace.”

Wickedness seems to have acquired legitimacy, making injustice reign supreme. God alone is supreme.
When things get so bad, it feels like justice is not strong enough to sustain equity but God who himself is justice, steps in. There is only so far evil can stretch until righteousness breaks its evil seams, causing justice to break forth.
Isaiah 59:14-16 “Justice is turned back, and righteousness stands afar off; For truth has fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter. So, truth fails, and he who departs from evil makes himself a prey. Then the Lord saw it, and it displeased Him that there was no justice.
He saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor; Therefore, His arm brought salvation for Him; and His righteousness, it sustained Him.”
As you stand for righteousness, making yourself prey to the evil mongers around you, fret not, for righteousness is your salvation.
God has seen what is going on. He cannot stand aloof forever for he is your justice and deliverer. Hallelujah! Deliverance has come. Thank God for His full salvation.
