Daily Scripture: Micah 6: 12-14: “For her, rich men are full of violence, her inhabitants have spoken lies, and their tongue is deceitful in their mouth. “Therefore, I will also make you sick by striking you, by making you desolate because of your sins. You shall eat, but not be satisfied; Hunger shall be in your midst. You may carry some away, but shall not save them; And what you do rescue I will give over the sword.”

No matter where the wicked run, they will perish.
Men will go to any length to be rich but when it does not glorify God, it is an abomination to him. It is the Lord who gives the power to make wealth.
A desperate quest for riches leads to deadly traps!
The land is polluted because some of her rich men are full of violence. They acquired riches by violence and have made lies their forte.
Father makes them sick. Strike them, make them desolate, frustrate them and cause them not to be satisfied. Let them eat but remain empty, let hunger at every level be their constant companion.
Yes, they will try to take some away to save them but their efforts are in vain. Nothing will save them, no one will cover them and the truth will be exposed. Whatever they rescue, God will give to the sword. As they have made violence their lifestyle, so it will be to their death.
What they planned for others they will reap on their heads. No matter what they do, they will not escape their due punishment. The captive of the mighty will be delivered by the Greatest and Mightiest. Nigeria, you are free indeed.
